These Terms of Service apply to your use of tis-shop.com and purchases from TIS Shop ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store is hosted by Shopify; purchases from TIS Shop are transactions with us, not Shopify.
1. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate and current contact, billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for safeguarding any customer-account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
You may not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation or security, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or infringe another person's rights.
2. Products and availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary with your screen and viewing conditions. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change. Review the product description, size, specifications, and any compatibility information before purchasing. Contact us if you are unsure whether a product meets your needs.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights if a product is faulty, materially misdescribed, or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.
3. Prices, payments, and orders
The currency, product price, available shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total you approve when placing your order.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order, not that inventory or payment has been finally verified. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or a material pricing or listing error. If an issue requires a price increase or material change, we will seek your agreement rather than charge you more without authorization. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled items and applicable associated charges.
Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated with the offer and must be entered at checkout unless the offer says otherwise.
4. Shipping and delivery
Unless a product page or checkout states otherwise, our current FAQ estimates order processing and shipment within 4–7 business days, followed by 5–10 business days for U.S. delivery. It estimates approximately 20 business days for international delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees. November and December, carrier delays, customs processing, and other circumstances may increase delivery time.
Tracking information is sent to the email address provided with your order when available. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs charges not collected at checkout, depending on the destination and shipping arrangement.
Contact us promptly about an incorrect shipping address, missing parcel, damaged delivery, or other delivery issue so we can investigate. Nothing in this section shifts responsibility to you where applicable law places it on us.
5. Returns and refunds
Our Return Policy applies to return requests:
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund when applicable.

These return terms do not restrict any mandatory rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Fees apply only where permitted by law.
6. Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has progressed. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law remain available.
7. Intellectual property
The store's names, logos, product photographs, designs, text, and other content belong to TIS Shop or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may browse and use the store for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying, distribution, or use of protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
8. Third-party services and privacy
Checkout may include third-party payment or other services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. Links to unrelated websites do not make us responsible for their content or services.

9. Website availability and responsibility
We work to keep the store available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free website content. We may maintain, change, or temporarily suspend website features. This does not remove our obligations for accepted orders.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory warranties, or remedies.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Updates apply prospectively. Unless required by law or agreed with you, an order remains subject to the terms in effect when it was placed.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to their purchase.
